Wellbeing With Emil CIC was born from my own messy, frustrating journey through adversity, struggling to find help that actually understood me.

That is why my approach aims to bridge systemic gaps in the wellbeing sector by offering access to mental health support that is genuinely accessible, culturally attuned, and speaks the language of those it serves.

Moving beyond formalities and curated spaces, I offer coaching where you can be unapologetically you. Whether that means thoughtful reflection, frustrated venting, or disarming the tough stuff with humour, understanding that true growth begins when you stop contorting yourself to fit expectations.
