I’ve been there too. My personal wellbeing journey has been as diverse as the streets of Birmingham. Filled with ups, downs, and everything in between.

What I’ve learned is simple. With the right support, we can all find strength, build resilience and take steps forward.

My Story

My journey into wellbeing didn’t begin in a classroom or an office. It began with my own challenges.

Growing up, I often felt the weight of not fitting in, especially after my parents’ divorce. As an adult, I’ve faced financial struggles, health scares, relationship breakdowns and the quiet pain of fertility challenges.

Each experience tested me and uncovered a resilience I didn’t know I had.

But I’ve always found a way to pull through.

I’ve turned obstacles into growth. I’m still learning, still healing, still growing. And somewhere along the way, I’ve found my version of happy.
